Grey Shark Pool Services was able to come out, did a complete analysis of my water, cleaned my chlorinator, added all of the chemicals that were needed, and provided detailed instructions on how to proceed. They followed up to make sure everything was going ok. The tech, Parker, was awesome! “Grey Shark Pool Services was very professional and timely with their service. My pump seal started leaking. I called in the morning and Angie was able to have Rob come out to my home before 1PM. Rob diagnosed the issue and had the pump repaired the following morning. I'll make sure they are my first call in the future for any pool service issues.”

“Was struggling with 3 yr old filter, believing I needed all new sand. Grey Shark Pool Services found sand was OK but low, and they added an extra 100 lbs. They confirmed filter parts/operation was good and also tested and adjusted current chemicals and gave me guidance on additional chemical maintenance to regain balance. Water now clear. I was very pleased with their response time, efficiency and follow-up call from technician Rob B regarding exactly what he found. They also saved me a few hundred dollars.”
