Diagnostic Fee
There is a diagnostic fee for repair visits. This covers travel, on-site evaluation, and identifying the cause of the issue.
If you move forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost of the work.
For active maintenance customers, this fee is waived.
For customers not on a maintenance plan, a credit card is required on file before scheduling the visit.
Service calls outside our normal service area may also include a travel surcharge based on time and fuel. We will confirm this before scheduling.
If the issue is fully covered under a manufacturer warranty, the diagnostic fee may be waived, subject to the equipment manufacturer's rules and approval.
